My husband and I and our puppy stayed for two months and were very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is small but well stocked, the beds are comfy, the backyard was great for the dog and hanging out, and it was great to have our own washer and dryer. There are big vases for flowers, which helped make the place feel more like home. The central proximity to all kinds of great places is wonderful, including Cartel for coffee in the mornings, La Botana for fabulous street tacos, Flower Child for delicious health food, Monsoon chocolates for the best chocolates ever, and a Walmart to walk to for supplies. Daniel was extremely responsive when we needed help with a couple of minor things. The only negative is the immediate neighborhood, especially the empty lot across the street which attracts some street life because it's right along 1st Ave. That said, this certainly isn't the hosts' fault and we were never actually bothered by anyone. There is a Ring camera on the door for security.

The house was nice and clean. I loved the fenced backyard. The beds were comfortable. Overall, nice stay.
