This was one of my favorite airbnbs I ever stayed at. Luckily I was able to book it last minute after my hotel overbooked and cancelled my reservation. Yojaira was very responsive to my messages and quick to reassure me the place was available. It’s huge, clean, and every room is super comfortable. The balcony is huge and the ceiling fans out there make it super comfortable even in the heat. The pool is just steps off the balcony and it almost feels like a private pool since it was right outside and not very crowded. It’s right on the beautiful beach and right next to Crocs resort which was a nice amenity to get to use. I was also a single woman traveling alone, and I felt so safe there. It’s gated and patrolled by 24 hour security. They would often walk by the unit so I felt very safe being on the first floor. The Crocs resort staff was also very friendly and I felt super safe there as well. All in all a really great stay! Would definitely go back!

El alojamiento es tal y como se observa en las fotografías, muy bien acondicionado, lugar tranquilo y de mucha vigilancia, las caminatas y las puestas de Sol indescriptibles, además los vecinos de la zona son incomparables. Entre las opciones extras encontramos Professional Massage, de la Sra Kattia Madrigal, super recomendada, por sus manos pasamos toda la familia y todos como nuevos!!!

Stayed at the palms unit 103 January 2024 . Unit had everything you could possibly need very well equipped. Kitchen/ beach chairs . Beds were fine . Front balcony furnished as in pictures. Very functional. House rules was an issue for me as we were not to wash sheets or towels . We were there for 19 days. After I requested on day 7 our sheets were changed and towels washed but only after I asked for such. Never heard from host again during our stay until day of departure, when asked what time we were going to leave . I do not feel any effort was made to make our stay comfortable. Also we had a shock when an overbooking incident happened and new arrivals entered our condo . For future guests please note the door codes are not changed and previous guest have access codes. Do not leave anything of importance on front deck or leave the balcony deck doors unlocked as we had an intruder on our deck day 3 of our stay . One of our party was an early riser and came face to face with such pers

El lugar es como muestra las fotos, en un área muy tranquila, muy amplio, un super plus poder usar las piscinas del Hotel Crocs! A nuestra familia le encantó, puedes ver el atardecer desde la Terraza!!
