Overall the condo is pretty nice. It looks exactly as the pictures provided on the listing. The views of the bay are amazing! (seriously you couldn't ask for more than sitting on the balcony and watching the sun set over the bay). The location is great, and the area was quiet when we were there. The elevator is conveniently located almost outside the door, but you don't hear any foot traffic when you're inside which was perfect. Parking was easy to navigate, you're given two spots which is nice. We ended up not using the pool because we were unaware that it had a combination lock on the gate (we weren't given the code and it was after rental office hours so we weren't able to get it until the next day), the rest of the vacation was too cool to swim, but the pool did look nicely maintained. The only issues I have were the cleanliness, furniture, and lack of general maintenance. I'm pretty neurotic about cleanliness and though most of the condo was perfectly fine, there were hairs all over the bathtub walls, ledges, and doors? I also found the furniture and beds to be pretty uncomfortable, leaving there nowhere to really relax or get a good nights sleep. Other than that it was nitpicky things like most of the vertical blinds being missing or falling down, and the balcony sliders and screens are incredibly difficult to open.

The apartment was great. Clean and in great location. Upstairs loft with queen bed and bathroom. Downstairs another full bath with bedroom, living room and kitchen area. Check in and checkout was easy and quick. We really enjoyed or stay.

This was a great stay. I am super OCD when it comes to cleanliness, so the only thing I did not like was the inside shower lining (plastic lining) had some dirt on it, like they tried cleaning it instead of just putting a new one in. Other than that I would stay there again.
