Wonderful little garage apartment! this had everything my wife and I needed for an overnight stay in The Heights. Great location too! We were able to walk to a brewery and dinner for a fun night out. The hosts had a previous guest that checked out late, but they were proactive and messaged us to check on us and let us know when everything would be ready. Would stay again!

We stayed with Eddie for 6 weeks and it was absolutely perfect! His space was perfect for a slightly extended stay, had all the necessities + more, and was super comfortable. Eddie was really responsive to any questions and his sweet family was so friendly! Easy parking, super walkable, tons of local restaurants/bars and right down the street from the running/biking path. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

I will start off by saying that the hosts were very friendly and the location is amazing. However, there were a few things that didn’t sit right during my stay. 1. There was “on site parking” advertised. However, I was never given access to the gate to park inside. There is only street parking available. Having lived in Houston, break ins are very common… so I wasn’t really appreciative of this false “amenity” description. 2. There was no clean/filtered water available. There was a brita filter in the fridge, but the filter was dirty and was flashing red to be replaced. However, I couldn’t find any filters in the place. 3. The shower curtain had moldy stains on it and made me feel unclean. 4. There wasn’t clean soap in the shower. There was only a bar of soap that had been used by other guests. Thankfully, I brought my own. 5. The bed was extremely hard. Some people prefer firm beds, I realize. I’m just not one of those people. The location still outweighed some of these issues

I wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb! It's an absolute gem—serene, secure, and surprisingly spacious. Impeccably clean, it surpassed my expectations, providing a truly heartwarming retreat.
