Great sty, phenomenal and super proactive host, John gave us so much information ahead of time. It was awesome. Super close to Atlantis. Unit is spacious, great for multiple couples. Will absolutely be staying again!

We had a wonderful vacation at John's villa last week! Everything was as described and as shown in the pictures. Kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of towels and beach towels. We also made use of the beach chairs. Wifi worked great! We were provided with a lot of detailed instructions so all questions were answered and it was a very smooth stay!

Sweet spot the beach right in front! Close to everything, stores, ferry port to downtown or excursion tours & restaurants.

I’m going to keep this short because I selfishly don’t want the whole world knowing about this place. It’s a gem. John was a great host. I just stayed 4 days at his condo at sunrise with my wife, and sons ages 3 yrs and 5 months. Everything was easy and chill. All amenities were proved as listed. Ocean view was beautiful. Condo was big and perfect. The pool was great and the water was perfect and not harshly treated with chemicals like where we stayed previously. Viola’s resturant is always consistent and a class act operation. I will definitely be staying here again.

We enjoyed your place and the grounds. Sunrise villas feels so much like a traditional (Mediterranean) village. Quiet. Calm. Lovely.
