Ricardo’s place was very clean and spacious. Very close to the beach and places to Eat. Most other places were a very short Uber ride. We were a house of girls and our only complaint was there are no full length mirrors and some bedrooms have no mirrors at all for getting ready

Ricardo was a great host! His place was very spacious both inside and out. It was about a 4 minute walk to a gorgeous beach in one direction and there were several walkable restaurants in the other direction. His place was close to a ‘strip’ with the action but just outside of it. We rented a two cars and there was parking on premises for both. We drove from Ricardo’s place to and from the airport-about10 min, old San Juan-about 20 min, fajardo for the bioluminescence-about 1hr, luquillo beach/kiosks-about 25-30 min, and to the rainforest—about 45 min to meet our guide. Walmart was about 20 min away but there were several grocery stores/markets much closer. Ricardo’s place was nicely decorated and had an ac unit in every room. All floors were tile, making it easy to keep clean, especially with the beach sand. Check in/checkout instructions were clear, and Ricardo was quickly responsive to our needs. Overall-we had a really great time and we would definitely stay again at this unit!

Ricardo's place was great. If you want to enjoy the beach this is a perfect location for you - it's literally steps away. The condo itself is very large - two kitchens! Great for a group or large family vacation.

We had a great time staying here! Ricardo was very attentive and kind. The place was the greatest spot near the beach with everything needed! I highly recommend finding your spot at this sweet place!
