We had a lovely stay here with our family and pups. The location is incredible with easy access to the water where we did a bunch of paddle boarding and a short bike ride into town where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. It was also so fun to have the tennis court right out front. Oh and the kitchen is a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking!! This is a wonderful spot for a family trip :)

Sara is an excellent host, always available and very accommodating. The grounds were gorgeous and the location was great. Comfortable location with historic charm. Comfortable home for a family gathering. Great dog beach on the property. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary supplies. A nice getaway from the bustle of a busy life. A nice simplistic environment. Tennis court was a nice bonus

Sara is a gracious host and very accommodating! The home is idyllic with breathtaking sunset views, deer in the early morning, easy walk into town and a very quiet location. If you are looking for a great location, relaxing environment and an easy walk to town/ Stage Harbor, this is your place to rent!

Amazing home, this is what Airbnb was founded on, a one of a kind stay that can only be found through the graciousness of a host. Sara was a great host and quick to respond to our inquiries. The grounds around the home are beautifully maintained. The house itself is well appointed and feels like someone's cozy home. It's remarkable to stay in a dwelling that dates back to the 1600's. The view and walk down to the boat house are just icing on the cake. Great host, beautiful home, perfect stay.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! This house is located on a beautiful quiet street in Chatham. It’s at the end of the street overlooking the ocean along with direct access to the water - a great place to read, enjoy coffee and watch the sunset. The house is exactly as advertised and is exceptionally clean.
