Beautiful location just north of Nye Beach. House has been well taken care of. Found what we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners in. Beautiful trex deck surrounding the second floor. Park in the back driveway for unloading groceries or suitcases for the upstairs King bedroom.

This rental property is in a beautiful location and within walking distance of Nye beach. The neighborhood is very pretty and quiet, with beautiful views of the ocean off the main deck. We found the place roomy and the beds comfortable. The drawbacks to the place were that the hot water valve for the kitchen sink was broken on arrival, and when we tried to use the sink it began to flood the cabinet underneath. The hosts were very responsive in trying to find a working solution to that, even on Easter weekend. They made one attempt to fix it but we had two small children with us who were sleeping at the time, so the work could not be done. That said, we were only at the house for 2 days but the situation was not resolved while we were there. Because of their responsiveness, I would be surprised if this is a problem for future renters. Another note is that the downstairs smells a little musty. Not overpowering, but you can tell the odor is present.

So even though our arrival was met with a house that was in the midst of being cleaned (a scheduling mishap) Matt from Vacasa made it right ASAP . If it wasn't for Matt our outcome may not have gone so well. After things had smoothed over our vacation was wonderful. The home may not be fancy or updated, however it was a very comfortable home for our family of 7. This home has such a wonderful view and is just a short walk down to the beach. The location was perfect for us.
