厨房的排烟系统不是很好，做完饭味道比较难消散，全屋没有换气系统，厨房窗户和餐饮门都没有安装纱帘，无法开窗通风，地下室霉味非常严重！

Great stay with my extended family for a summer family reunion. Location is great - close to Sobeys, Charlottetown, local beach and golf course. We had a great time.

Great host! House was very clean and very spacious. With 10 people, no felt like they were on top of each other. The back yard was a true highlight for our stay. We spent any time we had free out there. The pool was great to cool off in. The hot tub was great. Lots of space to play washer toss and hang out. Theatre room was awesome as well as the living room upstairs. Two movies going on at the same time was great. We experienced a couple issues, nothing major. James was only a message away and offered to send someone to help or gave us lots of was to troubleshoot. Checked in a couple times with him to let him know about our stay. Highly recommend! Will definitely be booking for next year!!

Three families with three children had a wonderful reunion at the Gordon Gay Retreat home. There were even more amenities available then listed! The 12 year old loved the Xbox and we all enjoyed the hot tub. He was available to answer our questions pretty rapidly. Maybe some written instructions on how to use the various tech would be helpful. If we all get together again we would love to stay here. We have a friend in the neighborhood and his wife is already planning to have a get together with her friends. Thank-you James for being a wonderful host.
