The perfect house for your next large gathering. This house really is right on the beach and the perfect spot to hang out on the porch and take-in the surroundings or walk to the beach to play in the water. The kitchen was amazing with great appliances to use for meals, the bathrooms were in abundance (I feel like you can never have enough bathrooms), and the gather places were perfect for us to hang out. We loved our stay and Barbara was really communicative and easy to reach with any questions leading up to our trip and for checkin/checkout. We look forward to staying at this house in the future!

The house was beautiful however, rules and the accurate number the house sleeps were not given until the day before. The listing says the house sleeps 25 but we were told the day before that it only sleeps 16 and that only 6 vehicles were allowed on property. While the host was accommodating and allowed more vehicles, we were accused of having 17 vehicles when there were seven vehicles parked on the street that did not belong our group. And she was extremely disrespectful and screamed at us about vehicles that did not belong to us. Overall it was a great stay but the unexpected rules and being accused of breaking rules and being yelled at was absolutely unacceptable.

This house is gorgeous!! It has the perfect location right next to both the beach and the road access to the beach. It’s a huge house with a kitchen fully-stocked for a full house. The beach toys and chairs were a great amenity, and made our vacation so much better! We loved every bit of it!

We rented two of Barbara’s beach houses close together and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We were four families celebrating the life of our Mom, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. The homes were both beautiful, very clean and the layout was awesome. Communication was excellent and the checkin process easy. I would highly recommend these homes to anyone wanting to create magical memories with loved ones!
