Good location. The caretaker was there to meet us. I had asked for a pressure cooker which the host had kindly arranged. Also, there was flexibility to leave our luggage downstairs for a couple of hours after checkout. The only issue was there was a powercut in the upper floor which we had booked, so it wad unbearably hot. But the host complained to the concerned people and it got resolved in a couple of hours. Also, we couldn't connect to the wifi as the password provided in the booklet kept at home had a spelling mistake. After a while the caretaker came up with the correct password and that was resolved. Overall, a decent place considering the price paid for it. Thank you.

Great place! Pros: + awesome location + good condition of the place, including bathrooms + great host which is ready to help + big balcony and nice view + 2 ac and fans in all rooms including balcony + nice style of the place + weekly cleaning + toaster + hot water Cons: - sometimes weak and slow wifi - after rains lots of water on a backyard, so hard to park a bike and walk through with dry shoes - poor work of a toilet after rains - sometimes noisy animals under the roof - low security locks As a result, it's an amazing deal! Fully recommend!

The rosevilla is located near Araliya hotel, which is about 5-10 minutes from the beach, small shops and restaurants. The Villa includes everything you need for a long stay - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The beds have mosque nets, which is a big plus. You can see a lot of animals nearby, including monkeys, water monitors and peacocks. Also there is a path to Japan peace pagoda. Dhammika is a good host. If you need a car parking, ask him for a spot, because parking on sight may not be suitable during heavy rains. Once a week a lady comes to clean the house. Although the Wi-Fi was quite fast, we run out of data a few times and we’re asked to upgrade for about 20 US dollars. Also there was conflicting information about Wi-Fi, the instructions stated, that we have 155Gb, but later Dhammika said, we used more than 7 in a day. So I recommend to get local SIM card with enough data, if you are going for a long stay.

We had the best time in the house of frank and Dhammika, we felt at home right from the start. They Organizer the airport taxi and we had no struggles arriving. It was like our second home I’m unawatuna. Clean spacious and just cozy. We would always come back!
