Very nice quiet and beautiful place next to the turtle beach. We swam with turtles and fed them. Every morning we got delicious fresh breakfast. Malith was very responsible and attentive host. He organized transfer from and back to the airport very interesting safari. We recommended to stay in this place with kids

The accommodation is well and quietly located. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is simply furnished, but offers everything you need (a fridge, cooking facilities and enough dishes). But the host and his family deserve special mention. Because I have never experienced so much helpfulness and service before. You realize that you are not just a paying guest, but a welcome friend for whom every wish is somehow fulfilled. You come as a guest and leave as a friend and want to come back one day. Absolutely recommendable accommodation and absolutely recommendable host. ❤️🤗❤️ Thank you so much for the loving memories!

Saku Residence is located in a fantastic spot just a 5 minute walk to the turtle beach. Malith was a great host, very responsive and friendly and went above and beyond to help us organise a taxi to our next destination. The breakfasts were also delicious and Malith’s family were lovely.

Amazing place with very responsive host. Very quiet, cozy place with beautiful garden, perfect location and all required amenities. Special thanks to Malith’s sister for everyday breakfast which is great. The one and only place I’ll choose to stay next time in Unawatuna. This is really one of the best places I’ve been staying during my journeys. Absolutely recommend. Malith’s motto says “come as a guest, leave as a friend”, and that’s true. Thank you, my friend, hope, next time we’ll be visiting for a long stay. This was really hard, to leave this paradise-like place.
