6-9th April 2024 I spotted this little villa whilst walking the beach back in 2015. I peered in through those little orange timber gates …. I thought wow !…..What a place to stay ! 9 years later we are here and it truly was better than even l expected . Kamara was superman …. Made incredible curry dinners & amazing breakfasts & then puff ….He disappeared ! So private / so homely / so perfectly laid out …. Now l can truthfully say …. “Wow …what a place to stay ! We have totally fallen in love with place . David & Cathy Newport Australia

The best beach house location we have stayed in!! it is even better than the photos suggest. On arrival we were met by Kumara who helps keep the place tidy and clean. He is also there to cook local food if you want it. His meals were as good if not better than the local restaurants. A truly exceptional man. He's happy to talk too if you want local knowledge. The house is wonderfully relaxing with lots of colour to reflect the location. The pool was a great way to cool down when the waves were high (they are always high). Six different seating locations to get a different perspective depending on how you feel. Comfy chairs to watch the sunset in. Lovely bars next door with very friendly staff. We have to mention Rays beach cafe - just down a few steps. The best simple seafood right on the beach. We particularly also liked watching the turtle's bob their heads up whilst we watched with a cold beer. Really - book it, you wont regret it.

Traumlage am Strand Der sehr gepflegte Garten mit dem tollen Pool und den vielen Liegemöglichkeiten ist traumhaft. Nur durch ein Gartentor und schon ist man am menschenleeren Strand. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr farbenfroh und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung stimmt nicht mehr ganz mit den Fotos überein, ist aber in ähnlichem Stil. Der Service war super. Kumara, der sich um das Haus kümmert, ist sehr zuvorkommend. Er hat uns hervorragendes Frühstück und Abendessen bereitet und war uns auch bei Transfers mit dem Tuk-Tuk oder Auto behilflich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Kikili Beach was a fabulous place to stay. Lots of room, beautiful view and an extensive yard with private pool. Kumara was a wonderful host. He cooked fabulous rice and curry and got any groceries we needed during our stay. Other restaurants and beaches were walkable distance. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Wonderful place right on the beach. It’s private yet close to restaurants as well as a short ride to Unawantana beach. Kumara who was the house manager was really fantastic. He prepared breakfast for us and dinner two of the nights and the food was really top notch. He was such a nice individual and helped arranges rides and gave recommendations. We really couldn’t of asked for much else. First class service. If I go back to this area and the villa is available I will be booking it. Thank you again for everything :)
