Jeremy was responsive & helpful during our stay. The location & property itself is unbeatable when staying at the beautiful Bethany Beach. The house is super close to the beach; less than a minute walk, with direct access only a couple of houses over. The king-size bed was perhaps the most comfortable I've ever slept in while renting. It was awesome getting to use the propane grill throughout my stay! It is important to know ahead of time though to bring some essentials before you stay at this property: sheets for your bed (we brought ours from home so that we would not have to rent them) & bathroom essentials (towels, toilet paper, hand soap). Knowing this ahead of time so that you can prepare I believe will lead to an enjoyable stay. The only other recommendation I made to Jeremy is to either upgrade the internet or relocate it closer to the TV; the streaming apps on the smart TV didn't work 80% of the time cause of the weak signal. Outside of that, everything else was perfect & we very much enjoyed our stay at Jeremy's beach property. We look forward to staying at one of Jeremy's properties in the future!

The house is great. Well stocked with everything you need. My only complaint was the shared bathroom, worn out. Short walk to the beach and loved the screened porch.
