I loved calling this place home for nearly two months while working in Paris from September through November 2022. It featured everything I needed and was centrally located to easily reach and explore notable points of this amazing city. It featured a fully stocked kitchen, convenient washer and dryer, comfortable furniture, ample closet space, books and artwork, television and a dining room table that doubled as a work desk. The owners added welcoming touches of coffee, crackers and sparkling water to welcome me. They timely responded to questions and explained features. Windows open to allow guests to enjoy the fresh air and the lively, enjoyable hum of Rue Dauphine, but they may be closed to completely shut out street sounds when desired. Several modern wall heaters provide comfort on cold days. I cannot say enough how happy I was to work from this wonderful location and would recommend it to anyone.
Amazing apartment in a perfect location!
L’appartamento è molto bello e arredato bene, dotato di ogni comfort sia per soggiorni brevi che per soggiorni lunghi. Tutti gli elettrodomestici funzionano bene, è la cucina è molto attrezzata. La posizione è ottima per visitare Parigi, si trova in zona Odeon, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Odeon. Inoltre a circa 10 minuti a piedi c’è la fermata Chatelet-Les Halles, da cui passano diverse linee metro. Si trova in una zona ricca di ristoranti e locali molto carini sia per cena che per un cocktail. L’appartamento è molto silenzioso, infatti i doppi vetri garantiscono l’isolamento acustico dalla strada sottostante. L’unica pecca è che non c’è l’ascensore, anche se comunque l’appartamento si trova al primo piano, quindi non ci sono troppe scale da fare.
It was a great place to be at, location wise it is very nice close to markets and restaurants and metros, the apartment is much better in real life compare to on photo in my opinion, everything you need to live there long term is there, the host respond super fast and is very helpful, I lived my time in the apartment!
Très bon endroit, emplacement, détails, chauffage, j'ai passé un mois dans l'appartement et mon séjour a été incroyable, c'est très confortable. Je le recommande infiniment. Merci beaucoup.
