A beautiful luxury villa for 12 people with private pool and stunning sea views. It is situated near Stavros on the Akrotiri peninsula of Chania. The 200sqm property of 6 en-suite bedrooms offers everything for the holiday of a lifetime. The villa is 200sqm and consists of 6 double bedrooms all with en-suite facilities, all enjoying the astonishing views. Four of the bedrooms have large private balconies where you can enjoy magnificent sunsets and cooling sea breezes. The villa boasts a beautiful, modern Italian designed kitchen, dining area and a large open-plan lounge with fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player. The villa has a climate control system and WiFi. It has been designed with families in mind and each bedroom is set on its own floor with en-suite facilities, making it an ideal choice for two or more families sharing. The villa is beautifully appointed with many luxurious touches throughout and in particular boasting Italian bathroom ware and featuring full height German showers and luxurious Egyptian cotton towels. There are breathtaking views out of every window and from every terrace and balcony, ensuring that the villa really does have that wow factor! The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for entertaining and outside dining as it leads out to the shaded barbecue/ dining area. The kitchen is fitted with a halogen hob, oven and microwave and dishwasher and is equipped with ample crockery and cutlery for indoor and outdoor entertaining. The outdoor area is divided for shaded dining with a large table for alfresco dining and feature barbecue. A separate, comfortable seated area is perfect for a relaxing sunset drink. From here, steps lead to the lovely pool area equipped with sun loungers and parasols, a large pool with separate children's area, and an outside shower. Upon request, the pool can be heated and used during early spring or late autumn months. There are ample private parking space and electric gates at the front of the villa. The stunning villa is a home away from home, offering private self-contained facilities for all guests with everything you could wish for a perfect holiday.

The house is amazing, the view is breathtaking... This is a little gem! Efi has been wonderful prior and during our stay. She is so helpful and we are so thankful for what she did to make our vacation wonderful. Lis who is working with Efi is also a great woman who made our life so easy. She is always willing to find a solution to your requests. This is such a great place to stay for your vacation. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

THE VILLAGE
Stavros (meaning “cross”) is a seaside village located 15km northeast of Chania, at the northernmost edge of Cape Akrotiri. The town hosts a beautiful tidal bay located under a huge mountain range, which provides a spectacular view whilst swimming. The mountain is famous for being one of the locations featured in the film, “Zorba the Greek,” where Anthony Quinn danced the famous Sirtaki Dance in 1964.
The main beach is located north-east of the village, at the foot of the mountain next to a picturesque harbour. It forms a circular bay, fully protected from the winds that blow in the region. The lagoon-like bay has marvellous, white sand and shallow, turquoise waters. The contrast of the rugged mountain with the peaceful beach in the foreground makes Stavros a unique place for swimming. As expected, the beach is very well organized and provides all possible services. Stavros has a second beach north of the village, 200m northwest of the main beach. It has a mixture of sand and rocks and is less organized than the first, but still superb for those seeking a more secluded beach.
Stavros has many restaurants, a cafe and three local supermarkets. It is a lovely place to consider as a base if you want a quiet holiday, keeping in mind that it is best to have a car to explore the beaches around. At Kounapidiana there are many larger shops including banks, pharmacies, bakers, fishmongers and coffee shops.
The villa has many beautiful sandy beaches nearby, Tersanas beach is sheltered and popular with families, while Kalathas is more bustling and boasts a beach taverna serving amazing local produce. The Taverna at Blue Beach is a stunning place to relax over a refreshing drink after sunbathing on the beach or snorkelling around the rocks. If you are looking for water sports Marathi is a short drive away and neighbouring Loutraki offers a lively beach scene.

Tersanas 1,4 km
Tersanas is a small coastal village located northeast of Chania and hidden in a small cove on the west side of the Akrotiri peninsula. The area is well developed and is a popular destination for holidays.
Kalathas 4,8 km
The seaside village of Kalathas is located 12km northeast of Chania, in the heart of a large, natural bay on the Akrotiri peninsula, exposed to winds from the north. Kalathas is a relatively modern village, which has been inhabited by residents of Chania who wanted to live away from the city centre.
Kounoupidiana 7,5 km
Kounoupidiana is the nearest large village on the way to Chania. It has everything you may need, such as atm machines, a bakery, a pharmacy, doctors, two very big supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, etc.
