The place was conveninently located and accessible by taxi and was easy for the driver. The unit was ready and clean upon my arrival. Though my stay was short, I would definitely want to stay again in the future. Highly recommended for business travels, accessible from most parts of makati.

Sorry but I will NOT recommend this to guests with PETS. They are claiming that they are a pet-friendly unit, but the building itself is very strict with pets. They didn’t allow us to enter immediately and asked us for an email endorsement from the host and a pet-vaccine, which the host didn’t clarify this to us. The attendant didn’t let us use the guests elevator because we have a pet, and they just let us use the service elevator instead, we felt a bit discriminated. Pet is not also allowed in the pool area. Please don’t claim yourselves as pet-friendly if the condo itself doesn’t allow pets, we could’ve just booked a different airbnb unit instead. We booked for 5 guests. The towel, hygiene kits, blanket for the 5th guest are not available when we arrived the unit, which is hassle for us and we had to communicate it with the host to request for it. Pool only allows 4 guests per unit, we decided not to use instead because we are 5 guests, and the host didn’t clarify this to us as well
