The location is a 5-10 min walk to everything. Whether it be the beach or restaurants. The rooms were clean and as advertised. Pedro was super helpful and quick to respond. But the highlight was the amazing patio with the hot tub ( small pool). I have three young boys and I had to beg them to get out! We plan on coming back...

The space and views are amazing. The dipping pool was very well maintained and clean.... and heated, which was a treat! The rooms were spacious and clean. The deck and hammocks were the perfect place to hang out and relax. The open kitchen was well equipped for cooking, with plenty of dishes and pots and pans, and there was a BBQ grill. There are plenty of restaurants and small stores within walking distance to purchase basic necessities, beer and alcohol and some groceries. Note...it is up quite a few steps so if you are mobility challenged, this place would be difficult to get up to. Pedro was very responsive, as was Roberto. It was an overall great place and I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place, host was communicative and replied fast. Everything was cleaned every day, and the people working were there to help or answer any questions if needed. Nice and isolated place as well :)

Excellent location! The place was better than what was described and pictures did not do it justice. Will most definitely stay here again. Great place for couples and enjoyed the dipping pool.

Great place that overlooks the peaceful cove of Yelapa with a heated dipping pool!!! We didn’t realize the pool was heated until our last day 😂. I would bring extra towels or beach towels, extra toilet paper and maybe a roll of paper towels for your stay. Lovely location in the village.
