todo estuvo excelente solo tuvimos inconvenientes al llegar ya que nos habían dicho que pasaría angel por nosotros al muelle del pueblo y al llegar no estaba nadie me comunique con Cinthia y la señal no era buena además de que por medio de la aplicación era difícil de comunicarse. hubiésemos encontrado el lugar fácil ya que no fué complicado después de que ella nos enviará fotos del camino pero íbamos con dos adultos mayores y los caminos son complicados para gente mayor cargados de cosas. el lugar es espectacular por la vista que tiene solo agregaría televisión lo demás todo excelente bien incluso nos dieron la oportunidad de salir un poco más tarde ya que no tenían ningúna reserva después de nosotros y nuestro taxi acuático salía un poco más tarde de nuestro check out.

My partner and I stayed here for a few days. The location is absolutely incredible! It’s a huge benefit that you have direct beach access and they even have private chairs and umbrella for you to use. The place is also right near some great food places in town and a market down the street. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in Yelapa.

This place is pure magic! The views are stunning, and the beachfront location is unbeatable. Cinthia's communication was excellent – she provided detailed instructions for the water taxi and even arranged for someone to meet us at the dock and help with our luggage (a lifesaver, as the walk from the pier is a bit of a climb). The private beach setup was such a luxurious touch, giving us a secluded spot away from the daytime crowds. We'll absolutely be back for another amazing stay!

Great views, great location, comfortable stay! The open-air concept of the kitchen and sitting area were wonderful, and the cool breezes at night across the balcony and into the rooms made for a comfortable sleep. We did not miss the AC at all, and my husband sleeps hot (it is also December). The walk into town was short and pretty, it is close to Abuelos and a bar that had great live entertainment, but you don't hear it from the room at all. The ocean is right outside, so you hear the waves crashing all night. After getting off of the water taxi, we asked around for the location and it only took minutes for someone who knew of the place to walk us there. Check in was easy, as there is an office downstairs. It is a multi-unit building, and all have ocean views, right along the cliff. Communication was good. As of Dec 2023, a couple months after the hurricane, all services were in operation. Would absolutely stay there again.
