Quintas Calalas sits on a 1/2 acre of land and is a relaxed 5 minute walk from the ocean. There is private access to a stretch of beach that is great for boogie boarding, playing in the waves, and surfing the "boom". The property has 2 full houses each with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and full kitchen/living areas. Email us for pricing on renting both houses. Go fishing, surfing, horseback riding, explore local beaches, or hang in hammocks near the pool with family or friends. Rental price is based on renting the main house. Both houses can be rented by one larger group (ie. two families travelling together), email us for prices for both dwellings. If you only rent one house the other will not be rented out at the same time. This is a quiet gated family friendly property and is not suitable for parties.

We had a great time! The garden is beautiful, pool was refreshing and Jose cleaned it everyday. Place was clean and my shower had great water pressure. All of the ACs worked perfectly. the beach is a short walk away, no more than 5-7 minutes. It was a bit difficult to find the house at first as gps took me to a different gate but Bree was very responsive and helped me find the right one (and I believe they also gave detailed instructions on their page). The guest WiFi was slow but I noticed on the last day of my stay that Bree did send me the password for their private internet which was faster (but to be honest we didn’t need it, it was nice to disconnect and not having WiFi as a priority). Overall a beautiful stay and I would 110% come back again.
The house and grounds are great, perfect for our family of four. The kitchen and patio area were nice and had lots of extras to make the stay more fun - my daughter especially enjoyed learning how to play Exploding Kittens and the boogie boards were great to take to the beach. We were very comfortable and the walk to the beach was easy. The beach was AMAZING and almost no one else was there.
Great, clean, and easy stay. Walking distance to the beach. Nice home with big areas in a safe neighborhood. A/C in the rooms worked great. Beds were nice for a good rest. Internet service was decent for basic work needs. Jose (house keeper) was super nice and always helpful. Bree was a great host and responded promptly to all of our needs/questions. Would stay here again in the future!

Had the best trip ever! Wonderful location felt very safe and secure. The house was a slice of paradise! Only wished we stayed longer!
