We had an amazing stay at Jennifer's beach front house in Santa Maria, Aposentillo. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The house itself was well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for our stay. Jennifer was a fantastic host, providing us with all the information we needed and ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. We especially loved spending time on the rancho, taking in the breathtaking sunsets. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to return to this little piece of paradise.

We spent two nights at Jennifer’s. She is very responsive as we did have troubles finding the location using the directions on Airbnb listing. The sunsets views were amazing and Rancho had multiple hammocks to relax outside. The cleanliness of the home needs improvement. There were multiple webs with caught bugs on the ceiling corners , under furniture and dishes needed to be washed before use. The home advertises a/c but it is only works in the master bedroom. The a/c units in the other two rooms do not work. Wifi is available but it doesn’t work inside the house only outside in the Rancho. The home has caretakers living on the property and unfortunately they have a roaster that makes it difficulty to sleep in. We were told upon arrival there is an allowance of 35kw of electricity per day and a charge if you go over. ( This is not unreasonable it just wasn’t disclosed on the airbnb listing. ) The home has potential but we had higher expectations based off the photos.

I had a wonderful time with family, very peaceful ocean front property thank you coconut was amazing thank you to Juan, the housekeeper very helpful with everything. I definitely recommend it thank you, Jennifer, the host..
