I cannot say enough wonderful things about this beautiful place. The Terrazzo apartment was such a perfect home for our stay in Nesso. Links directions to find the apartment are accurate so just stick to that! Follow the blue signs and you’ll be fine! Like the listing states, you are so close to the lake which means you must walk down quite a bit from the main road. All the best places require some extra steps! We enjoyed gathering ingredients at the local mini markets, the LOL market is close by and the woman who runs it is super sweet and has some wonderful produce, bread cheese etc. I recommend packing some little totes with you to make hauling your provisions on foot easier. You can easily spend your whole trip just wandering around Nesso, Briisa was great for lunch and there’s a bar up the hill where you can get a drink and some crisps. Definitely go swimming at piazza vecchia if you can! You are situated perfectly for walking to all these spots!

One of those places where you want to come back! Extremely happy with our stay at Villa Rosina! The host Lino was very helpful and quick to respond. The check in was very smooth. The location terrific. We used to swim in the lake every single day, and the best part is that we had a private access to the lake and it was very cozy and quite. Also the views of the lake are one of the best. Will be definitely choosing this host for my next trip to Como.

The apartment is situated in a lovely, private area of Lake Como. The views of the lake are spectacular. Our family of four were perfectly comfortable in the light and well-appointed rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals, which we ate on the terrace overlooking the lake. We rented a car, so were able to travel to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Wir haben das Apartement gleich auf anhieb gefunden, obwohl der Weg sehr verwinkelt ist. Die Anfahrt mit Auto und Fahrradanhänger war trotz der schmalen Strasse möglich. Die vielen Treppen vom Parkplatz zum Haus störten uns nicht, das gehört dazu, wenn man in einem Haus am Hang wohnt. Das Apartement selbst war sauber und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ist phantastisch: am Morgen als erstes einen Kaffee auf der Terasse zu trinken und dabei auf den See hinauszuschauen. Ein besserer Start in den Tag gibt es nicht. Den Steg und die Liegestühle nützten wir täglich, gleich vom Haus aus in baden zu können war ein toller Luxus. Vielen Dank Lino, wir waren rundum zufrieden!

I do want to start by saying, I recommend this property. Since this property doesn't have many reviews, this will be a long one. First.  The address listed doesn't take you directly to the property. If you keep driving another 300m or so, there's little left side switchback that goes down and the house is about 500m down that road.  We have a 7 seater full size American suv and it did fit down the street but it was tight. Checking in: The instructions on the message give you apartment numbers and the Air BnB profile gives you an apartment name, not number, but once you get there it's pretty self explanatory. I only bring it up because it did stress me out a little not knowing if it was going to be a smooth process with 5 kids. Also, the keys were just waiting in the front door, not in a lock box or anything so I was just hoping I was walking into the right house. There's decent parking but having that view and lake access means STAIRS, and lots of them.  So keep that in mind. Nesso is a very small town.  You can walk back up to the main street and catch the bus (the stop is right there) to Como or Bellagio for about 3 euros but you do have to buy tickets ahead of time in the grocery store. Nesso is on the ferry route but you need to plan that in advance since it's not a main stop. The grocery store, one Cafe, and one restaurant you can walk to (10-15 min walk) but the restaurant doesn't open until 7pm. The lake access swimming and the patio are AMAZING! We played games on the patio every night and swam every day! There is no A/C but it really cools down at night and the apartment has many fans which is nice.  There is a nespresso machine for coffee, a dishwasher, a stocked kitchen (we cooked one night), a washing machine, tons of space and the living room furniture appeared to be brand new (still smells of leather). There's also a TV with a Fire stick although we had to use our own cords for it. Overall, it's a great place to stay!
