This home is absolutely beautiful - especially the outdoor areas with lush landscaping, hot tub, sun loungers, grill and more. It is a little difficult to access with a very tight turn to enter/exit the parking area. Hard to drive in the area (for us) and not walkable to anything. Very steep path from parking area down to front door so pack light! :) Beds were fairly comfortable with nice linens but pillows not so great. Beautifullly decorated throughout the home! Upstairs bedrooms are a little tight but perfect for kids. AC units in the bedrooms and a washing machine in the garage were a plus! Enjoyed the full kitchen and very nice grill. They even provided small amounts of olive oil, balsamic, salt and pepper. Hosts were VERY communicative before and during our stay. They met us for arrival and departure, which was helpful as there are a lot of keys and gate codes to access the home. Would definitely stay here again! Grazie mille!

Erg goede service, langs weg alleen moeilijk lopen ergens naartoe, maar dat is langs het hele Como meer. Prachtig huis, rustige tuin en fijn aan het meer. Mooie keuken en fijne slaapkamers. (Bedden beetje zacht, maar prima)!

We are a family of five My Husband and I and our three adult children, this Villa was a perfect fit for us. Having four bedrooms all with own bathroom and air conditioning was fabulous. The views and location worked very well for us, we loved being right at the waters edge. Even though it is right on a busy road it was still very peaceful . Walking was challenging on narrow road with no shoulder but we were able to walk to ferry and some fantastic restaurants. We were greeted at check in and showed around which was very helpful. We hired a chef one night so nice to dine outside with such beautiful views. We loved our stay and look forward to returning to lake Como
