Margherita Apartment Apartment "Margherita" can ammodate also one child (0-12 years). The apartment stands in our property: Podere Cherzo. It has an indipendent entrance with total privacy. There is a good-sized bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a small living room with kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, and, most of all, an exclusive outside area with the scenery of our olive grove. The apartment Margherita is furnished with unique particulars (utensils first years of 900). Podere Cherzo is located on one of the wonderful Tuscan hills in Cinigiano, 29 km from Saturnia and 33 km from Monte Amiata. You can enjoy splendid sunsets, overwhelming scents immersed in uncontaminated nature. Velio and his family await you with exquisite hospitality, with independent and comfortable apartments, a garden and a shared swimming pool. Podere Cherzo is a typical family farm. Inside the farm there are three characteristic apartments available: Papavero, Margherita and Girasole with exclusive entrance and private veranda. The apartments are equipped with antique objects of poor art. The garden around the farm is shared. It has a small playground for children, relaxation areas, an equipped swimming pool with a panoramic view of the hills. You can walk to explore the farm. Inside their pens there are Vietnamese pigs, chickens and the family dog, a Maremma shepherd. Free for the farm you will find the two kittens. In the outdoor areas you can admire period equipment and memorabilia used in the past for agricultural work.

Se state cercando un posticino tranquillo con una vista mozzafiato é il posto che fa per voi. Velio é veramente una persona semplice ma con grande professionalità. Silenzioso ma attento a ogni particolare. Da questo luogo puoi raggiungere in meno di un'ora le località balneari e intorno all'agriturismo si possono visitare i paesini caratteristici della toscana. Le case sono ben organizzate sia per piccole che per grandi famiglie. Ogni casa ha un pergolato dove puoi mangiare e dondolarti sull'amaca. I bimbi possono muoversi senza alcun rischio. Cani, gatti e galline sono ottimi guardiani!Se pensate di cucinare molto in casa attrezzatevi, non sono presenti moltissimi utensili. Dimenticavo!La piscina!Sempre pulita e con una vista unica. Velio e la sua famiglia sono persone cordiali e disponibili. Ci hanno fatto sentire i benvenuti e sono sempre stati presenti senza mai essere invadenti. Il posto è immerso nella tranquillità della campagna toscana, la cosa più bella della nostra permanenza è stato poter vedere le stelle in cielo con una nitidezza che stentavamo a ricordare. La piscina è ovviamente uno dei punti di forza dell'alloggio, ci ha permesso di rinfrescarci nei giorni più torridi di Agosto.
Super séjour chez Velio et sa fille. Ce sont vraiment des hôtes gentils et prévenants. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce lieu et le cadre magnifique de la toscane. Je recommande a 200% si vous souhaitez un moment de calme dans votre périple. Un grand merci pour le vin qui était excellent. Emplacement au centre de nos lieux d’intérêts. Accès illimité à la piscine et au barbecue. Encore merci.
L’agriturismo si trova in una zona stupenda e tutta da esplorare, strategica sia per il mare sia per l’entroterra toscano (Argentario e Val d’Orcia entrambi a 1 ora di macchina). Il podere è custodito dalla cura di Velio, sempre attento e molto disponibile. L’appartamento Margherita è semplice e funzionale, pulitissimo e dotato di tutto ciò che occorre per un piacevolissimo soggiorno. 5 stelle anche a piscina e punto tramonto! Siamo stati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente 😊

You can easily find small villages like Montalcino (24 km), thermal baths in Saturnia (50 km), sea and sandy beach at Castiglione della Pescaia (65 km).
The medieval village of Castel Porrona is a short walk from our property (1 km).
