Martin was so helpful to us and understanding when our flight got delayed and we had to check in later than we had planned. The room that we were renting was getting some maintenance so he upgraded us to a two bedroom it was very similar to the room that I saw on Airbnb. The room with the AC had a pretty stiff bed, but we just switched to the room that didn’t have the AC because that bed was softer (the rooms stayed a good temperature while we were there, so we didn’t need to use the AC). The location felt safe and was easy for all of our Taxi drivers to find. The water pressure was amazing!! Also, you can’t find a better location. We walked to Cahal Pech, the iguana reserve, and to dinner; all within 20 minutes from each other! Martin was such a great host and a friendly guy. He even offered to have his son drop us off in town when we were heading out for breakfast. Would happily stay again!!

On meeting Mr Alfonso he made us feel welcome . He was very responsive to my texts and provided numbers for reliable taxis for us to get around. His place is clean and very homey. I thoroughly enjoy my time there!!

We didn’t spend much time inside but it sure was comfortable when we did. There is lots to do close by with great food and activities. The apartment was spotless and the bedroom with air conditioning that work amazingly. Martin greeted us at arrival and departure and was super helpful and welcoming. Only thing to give as a tip, if you have Apple phone search the name of the apartment and use that map. Martin said Samsung phones have no problem but apples for some reason don’t work well with the BnB address link. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

I had a very enjoyable stay. Martin's apt was spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the equipment needed to make meals for myself. Although Martin's recommendation of Lola's, a local restaurant was excellent.
