We loved our stay at Kathi’s house by the lake! It was a family reunion of sorts, as we were burying my mothers remains in the family plot in Concord. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and a baby and we had fun family time with the games that were provided and watching football on the big TV! The view was spectacular-the leaves of the trees surrounding the lake put on a magnificent display of fall colors. We didn’t need anything during our stay and Kathi reached out to us to see if all was OK! Our family agreed that we would like to return someday! Wonderful retreat!

We had a fantastic stay at Kathi's Lakehouse. The great location was perfect for a family vacation. Plenty of seating indoors and outside. Water side and dock were great for floating, kayaking, fishing and watching the sunset. The kitchen was fully equipped and gas grill was available. Kathi was very responsive. Would definitely consider renting again.

Kathi's place is exactly as described and pictured with no surprises from a friendly and responsive host. The lake was lovely and peaceful for kayaking, SUP, and swimming as well as fishing with minimal motorized boat traffic. We enjoyed the dock and firepit as well as observing nature--Loons calling morning and night as well as Golden Eagle sightings and duck families to name a few. The home was clean and comfortable--nice enough to relax but not so fancy you're afraid to touch. There's lots to do in the area. Rail trail really is steps from the house. The hike to the waterfall is worth the mud & bugs (I recommend trail condition report--we like All Trails.) Area restaurants offer a wide range of food and budget options. But, the kitchen is well appointed and the lake is so nice we mostly didnt want to leave. Overall Kathi's place is a great value in a top-notch locale and we highly recommend it.

Wonderful property in a perfect location for a New Hampshire vacation. Very comfortable, spacious and nicely appointed with everything you need. If we ever return to the area, we will most certainly seek to return - truly enjoyable!
