Nestled within Marsden Village at the city end of Karori, this townhouse has everything you would like for a treat weekend away or holiday stay in Wellington city. Guests are very welcome to make themselves at home. The CBD is approximately 10 minutes away by car. There is a bus stop at the end of the drive with a very convenient timetable. Buses run from very early in the morning until late at night. The home photos will tell part of the story but living in the village is a lovely experience to be had. Everything is at your fingertips and we are sure you will feel at home very quickly.

Margaret十分友好。她的房子也十分温馨，在这里入住有家的感觉，她还为我们准备了食材，我们还在家里做了一顿早餐和一顿晚餐。很喜欢房子的装修风格，预定这里是不会后悔的，非常值得！

Margaret’s AirBnB was a home away from home. From the moment we walked through the door we felt our tension melt away. The townhouse was pristine and had everything we could possibly need. Margaret’s communication was amazing and we would love to stay again one day. Highly recommend. AAA + !!!

Marsden Village is a very friendly community with restaurants, cafes, fast food shops, chemist, grocery/dairy, hairdressers, beauty salon and book/post shop. The main Karori Mall with additional grocery shops, banks, chemists etc is only minutes down the road.
The residents in the townhouses (4) are very friendly, supportive and helpful.

出行信息

Parking is available onsite as well as on the street and village carpark.
Buses stop at the gate for a 10 minute trip into the center city. Come regularly.
A few minutes trip in the opposite direction to the Karori Malls, Library and other village shops.

Margaret loves her job as a full time teacher of 5, 6 and 7 year olds. She is a mother of two, besotted grandmother of 4 and spends time travelling to Auckland and Nelson to visit them. She loves to promote Wellington, enjoys travelling herself and likes to hear others travel stories. She has many interests however her time is taken up mainly with teaching and visiting grandchildren at this stage.
