在Maria的房子里，渡过了非常愉快的一周，那里干净、舒适、安全，到U CB走路就可以。附近有一个很棒的超市，有很多好吃的餐厅、有精致的小店，没有特别的事情的时候很适合逛逛。房东周到、热心，总之， 体验很好

Stayed the week for work at the University. it was perfect, very close to campus and good food. I would definitely stay here again!

Maria is a great host. We had a very comfortable stay. The instructions were more than enough to familiarize with the surrounding. This place would be our top choice without a doubt if we visit Berkeley again.

This was first Airbnb experience and overall it went very well. The studio was lovely, exactly as described. The neighborhood is very nice and within close walking distance of everything. The one "note" I would make for the benefit of others is a bit more noise than I expected. That is NOT to say I would describe the studio as noisy. Rather, there were unexpected "noise events" including the day care facility next door at which young children understandably played outside since it was beautiful weather when I visited. Also - and I may be more sensitive about this since I live alone in a one-story house - there was a certain amount of foot traffic noise from above in the evening. I want to be clear because this is by no means anyone's fault. The people who live upstairs were not loud nor did I hear any voices, music, TV, etc. Rather it was just that someone(s) above walks heavily and the sounds above my head were distracting. Overall I was very pleased and would recommend it highly.
