The house is beautiful and had lots of space for the 10 adults (5 couples) The kitchen and pantry were extremely well stocked with crockery and cooking equipment. The bedrooms all had super features with lovely linen and towels. The bathrooms and toilets were very clean and nicely decorated. The cinema room was well used as was the garden to play croquet on the lawn and to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Sarah and Nigel were super hosts on our arrival, check everything was ok during our stay and were extremely helping in reuniting an item left behind by one of our party. Sarah and Nigel had left some treats for our visit which was very much appreciated by everyone & the dog Having a table to seat 10 for meals was super and with the 2 lounges and games room meant there was plenty of space for us all. Everyone enjoyed the calm peaceful area the house is situated in. This is a beautiful house and we wouldn’t hesitate to book in again. Excellent hosts with an immaculate house 10/10.
This beautiful house was the perfect place to celebrate a milestone family birthday. There was plenty of room for everyone and the property was exactly as described. Nigel and Sarah were great hosts who replied to our messages promptly and had some useful ideas to help us make the most of our stay. They made us feel very welcome. We would certainly recommend a stay here.
We had a wonderful family break at Sarah & Nigel’s house. It was a perfect home from home and a fantastic space for the ten members of our family to come together and also have space to do our own thing. The location was great for visiting local towns like Bath and Chippenham abut the house was lovely enough (and with beautiful views) so it’s just a nice place to spend time. I can totally imagine us returning here again.
Kingsmoor is a unique and very comfortable house. Plenty of space to spread out. All creature comforts catered for. Kitchen well equipped with plenty of glasses, crockery and pans. Beautiful location overlooking the countryside. All in all I would highly recommend.
We were greeted with a very warm welcome & made to feel at home instantly. Beautiful comfy house, fully equipped & homely. Would love to stay there again.

Hi there. We live in a small village called Box, which is just 5 miles east of the historic city of Bath. It’s a great place to live with plenty of lovely walks and places of interest near-by. We have a gorgeous old Edwardian House, with 5 double bedrooms available to rent as a whole house with loads of room for up to 10 people. Guests have been coming to Kingsmoor since October 2016 enjoying family and friend get togethers. Renting our house gives us the perfect opportunity to take short breaks away from home and experience AirBnB offerings for ourselves. We look forward to welcoming you to Kingsmoor.
