James was an exceptional host. But the set up has no privacy & felt too restricted for the amount of money that I spent. A guest should be able to have a snack in the room they're paying for. There was no separation between business & personal. Too many people(other guest) sharing one bathroom for my comfort level including an extra large litter box right next to the toilet. And just way too much clutter (borderline hoarding) in all the common areas. I'm not trying to leave a bad review because James is truly a nice guy & a great host in every other way. His set up just doesn't work for me & I did not enjoy my stay. I tolerated it.

We had a fabulous stay! We needed to be in Atlantic City for an event, and James' place was perfect! He was extremely responsive to questions, was proactive in contacting us ahead of time to avoid any difficulties with checking in , and was flexible with times. He was an incredible host and made us feel like we were visiting a friend we were so comfortable! The room and bathroom were very clean and just as described. We will definitely be back!
