Lucia's place is super nice and cute! I stayed for three months while interning in SF and felt right at home. Everyone in the building was friendly and I had no problems with the Murphy bed or doing laundry when I needed. I really appreciated the apartment already having the "essentials" when I arrived.

Location was amazing -- Lucia’s place is a great spot for good coffee, food, and grocery all nearby. The neighbors are also very friendly. I'd recommend this spot for short term stays :)

Lucia is a great host. She’s very responsive and is very considerate to your needs. She ordered a portable heater for me when it got colder and also dryer sheets when I needed them. I'd definitely stay at Lucia's again.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was simply unbeatable. We were in the middle of everything but had quiet because we were tucked in away from the street. The high ceilings made it feel more roomy than expected. We also loved that we could walk right downstairs to CorePower next door to do yoga and get fantastic food all within walking distance in the neighborhood. Lucia was also prompt to respond to our messages. Thank you!

Great stay! The location is super convenient- not too far away from anything. The golden gate park is close enough to walk to which I did on the weekends. Several bus stops are close by and I had no issue taking the bus downtown to work. The street itself is lively but it wasn’t loud in the apartment. Having air conditioning was really nice too!
