Sofia is very professional, responsive, friendly, nice Host. She was always available for giving us useful informations and directions. Her place is really well located on one of the best streets of Viareggio, very safe, easy to get to, easy to check-in and with good parking options. surrounded by shops, restaurants, and many things to do in the area, with a beautiful view from the balcony, her place is spacious, very clean, nicely furnished and with all the amenities we needed. Very comfortable beds and sofa, large screen tv and good lighting inside living space. We really appreciate her thoughtfulness. She is attentive and a very welcoming host. Thank you Sofia! We hope to be back soon!

Great place, everything like in pictures. Very close to the beach. I think the biggest advantage was the access to the set of beach umbrella and 4 chairs at the nearby Milano Bagno. Also beds and pillows were very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. I can definitely recommend it!

This apartment was perfect for our short break in Viareggio. It has an excellent location two minutes from the beach and we were able to benefit from a reserved ombrellone and sunbeds there. The apartment was clean and well-equipped and perfect for us and our 7-year-old daughter. The host was helpful and considerate throughout.
