We had a great experience in Bentonville at Tom and Sandy’s rental. The home was perfect for 3 couples. Tom and Sandy were in touch with great fyi instructions regarding the location and surrounding areas. Looking forward to a return trip!

This was our third or fourth stay in "Charmer." Tom is super friendly in his communications and quite responsive. The house suits our family very well. We love getting away to Bentonville, and Charmer is pristinely kept and quiet, yet close to everything. We walk to dinner and ice cream on the square. We can store our bikes in their shed in between rides. Tom makes arrival and departure easy, and "Charmer" and Bentonville combine to provide a wonderful escape.

Sandy and Tom's place was better than pictured! The living space was large and more than comfortable for our group (6 adults). Everything was clean, kitchen was fully stocked to cook meals, and it was walkable to town. Tom went above and beyond to share town events with us for the weekend we were there. Will stay again!

We enjoyed spring break at Tom and Sandy’s place. The house was very enjoyable and in a great location. It is not a far drive from any of the bike parks, and we would ride our bikes down to the Square (about 6 blocks). Also Tom delivered the best weather for our trip. Thanks Tom! :)

We visited Bentonville with another couple and it was so comfortable getting together in Tom and Sandy’s place. They were very gracious hosts and responded very quickly if you had questions about the area. It was a close drive to all the area’s attractions and also walkable to the town square. We were so happy with our choice and would definitely stay in this immaculate home again.
