Awesome location. We loved the large lawn and access to the beach it was nice you didn’t even have to leave. It was so nice for our dog to be able to come with us and have the lawn and beach area to run around. The house did have a musty or moldy odor. Some of us did wake up with congestion and cough or allergy like symptoms which made me a little suspicious there could be a mold issue in the home. We had a short stay, I think it might have been an issue if we were staying longer especially since we had babies with us.

We really enjoyed our stay! The view was amazing!!! Our 2 dogs loved the lawn area between the house and ocean! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable! Lots of comfortable seating in the living room. Appliances worked well. We loved the hot tub! We enjoyed the making s’mores and roasting hotdogs over the fire pit. We were frustrated with the tv’s sometimes not working! We were promised someone would come and check the situation out, but never heard back. The kitchen table was gummy. The carpets were very smelly, but it is pet friendly. Getting down to the beach was difficult. No stairs unless you crossed other lawns. But, thanks for a fun stay!

This was a perfect home base for our family for a long weekend at the coast. The house was comfy with great amenities, and you can't beat being right on the beach! We would definitely rent this place again.

It is a beautiful location, not far from Yachats. Be sure to time the tides as the water comes up to the bank. There are no stairs to the beach(unless you borrow the neighbors).
