Some say Primary Bedroom, we like to call it Captains Quarters with a Queen bed and 3/4 bath en suite. There is also a wonderful media room with a Queen sleeper sofa, as well as one in the living room, and a 3/4 bath all on the first floor. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a King bed that can be split into 2 Twins (with prior notice) and a loft area with a Twin futon and a 1/2 bath. *Lady Kennaway has a free EV Charging station so that you can charge at your destination- not on the highway - making this destination a home away from home for you and your EV. Sleeps up to 6 - 2+ Bedrooms, 1 King (Can be separated into 2 Twin beds -- with prior notice), and 1 Queen, 2 Queen Sleepers and a Twin futon. 2.5 baths Vehicles: Licensed for 2 (strictly enforced) Winter: 2 night minimum; Standard & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision. Sweet Homes does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home, but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3 dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation and are requested through Airbnb Resolution Center. *Each home is individually owned.
