房东回应及时，热情友好 ，房子清洁干净，房东亲自在门口迎接我们，我们离开的时候还送了小礼物给我们。房子附件的环境清静安全，是在离市中心有10分钟的车程的小区里，门口有24小时的保安，如果喜欢清静的朋友一定会喜欢的 。

Family and I love this place, it's amazing! I definitely recommend it, you won't be disappointed. My host Leticia help us sooo much we decided to stay one more night, that way we could take advantage of all the activities that Leticia had mention of the near by town Valladolid. Over all a great experience.

We were a group of four that stayed three nights at Casa de las Rutas. Leticia met us at the house and gave us great local recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The house was clean and pleasant (and pleasantly air conditioned for hot April conditions). We heavily used the outdoor pool area, which was great. Two cats were hanging around the house, which we loved since we are cat people. Lots of birds around the house and across the dirt road are horses and peacocks. It's a very safe place, behind a gate that is manned 24/7. Just a quick drive to get into Valladolid. Highly recommend if you are interested in the Valladolid area but want a more rural lodging experience.

Leticia's place was phenomenal, from the glorious pool, spacious and well appointed accommodations, to the perfect reception from Leticia herself. She was great, and offered excellent recommendations of places to visit and eat in Valladolid. We got a tour of the farm/stables, met the horses (and the turkeys!) from Señor Gonzalo and got fresh eggs for our breakfast. It was amazing to be in such a pastoral setting only minutes away from the action in Valladolid. We thought about staying an extra day but couldn't because of work. I can't wait to go back. Could not have been better, down to the extra friendly cats who came to visit.
