房间装修很有创意，房主应该是个人滑雪爱好者，随处可见各种滑雪器材。还有他自己的画作。交通便捷。房屋整洁。好热情的帮我们买了早饭。

We booked for two nights and were super excited for our first summer vacay 2024, and were singing and dancing around bonfire on our first night there ar 9:30 -10:30 pm and the neighbours called Cops on us calling us NOISY? We were told the quiet hours started from 11 pm and ended 7 am, and we followed every instruction of the host, who totally ignored all our requests later. The next morning when we told the host about the incident and how we didnt want us stay another night, the host actually told us we were lying and did Not refund our money, and produced crap photos after to airbnb so that he didnt have to refund us. Its not always about money. Its about Ethics and rules, which we followed but sad to say the host sided with his neighbours so he didnt have to pay us back. I would ESPECIALLY like to mention the neighbour guy in white truck came driving to us next morning shouting DONOT BOTHER SHOWING UP HERE EVER and we informed that to host as well and he disbelieved us!! Worst stay!

Dave's place was excellent for our big group, with more than enough space for all 15 of us. Everything was as described with a couple nice surprises in addition! The location is perfect for accessing kicking horse and the surrounding area while being nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of golden. Dave was an excellent host that was super helpful, friendly, and prompt to answer any questions. Would highly recommend staying at Dave's place!
