My stay at Nana's house was great. The house is clean, stylish and in a good location. The host Nana is also very nice and happy to share her local knowledge.

This location is close to the newest malls like two rivers, roselyne mall and the oldest mall village market. It is a very quiet place to stay and relax. She has made a very nice and comfortable garden couch with sun and rain protection. Place is very tidy and clean. If you want to go to places like lake Nakuru, Masai Mara, Hells Gate or other local places then this place can be a start when you arrive Nairobi.

My stay at Nana's Home was over the top much more than what I had expected. At first when my husband and I saw this deal we jumped on it before it could book out as the price was quite attractive and more so,the area was perfect for the project that brought us to Kenya,but after going through the pictures of the home,I couldn't help but think we had landed such a great offer for such a beautiful home,that is if that was the case,we were a bit sceptical but eventually booked it as we didn't have a better choice.I was born and bred in Kenya before I moved to Germany and so it was easy for me to trace her home. Nana to describe the least is a kind,funny and very friendly host,it was so easy to get along with her,she made us dinner the first night which was a surprise for me as we cook for ourselves most times when we travel and I must say she's a greater cook! The home seemed newly refurbished with an antique African look,different from what is on the pictures and much more beautiful. I couldn't help but notice how extremely tidy and clean the home was which made us even feel more comfortable. We had our 6 month baby with us and she made sure we didn't lack anything for him including diapers which we found on our bed on arrival! Best thing is that she had an uber driver who took us around. I can go on about our stay here but in my opinion the value of what I got as a guest exceeded the price. She could have charged more for remarkable comfort and ambience.

Fantastic, great stay at The Serene House on Platinum Estate number A10. The house is new and newly furnished in a modern African style and is nicely located about 15mins from the UN and Village Market area, handy for downtown as well; looks like the road to the Platinum area is new as well which maybe why it was hard to find previously. Nana is an absolute joy, a great hostess, is very knowledgeable about Nairobi and also has an Uber driver which is very handy. Great stay, great value - I'll definitely be back. 5stars

This apartment does not exist the area is about 2 to 3 towns over from Nairobi. Noticed this person doesn't even have a house number accompanied with the address. The host will not, i repeat will not respond until 7 to 10 after the reservation ends. If you book this hotel by the time you realize that this house doesn't not exist you have lost $125 when you cancel. There are many scams and most defiantly this is one of them!
