Wonderful apartment in Gracia. My room was very spacious and bright with a little balcony. If I could I would have stayed one more month! Also everything is super clean and the apartment gets cleaned daily. The only thing that bothered me was that they made very strict rules and seem to be very strict in general. For example they dont allow any guests. I understand if they made bad experiences but not every guest is a bad guy. Also for the checkout they asked me to leave the room more early at 10 so they can clean it for the next guest but even at 11 no one was there for cleaning so I got stressed for nothing. Anyway Rosa and her Husband are super friendly tho and I can definitely recommend this apartment!

I lived in Rosa's room for a whole month and it was a great time. Rosa is a great host and made my stay as enjoyable as possible. The room is very comfortable and bright, with all amenities. Common areas also do not raise questions. The apartment is well located, you can walk to local bars and restaurants in 5 minutes, and to the city center in 15. It can be noisy at night, if you have a light sleep, be careful.

Had a wonderful stay! The room is super comfortable, Rosa is very responsive and she keeps the apartment impeccably clean. This is also an excellent location in Gracia. Keep in mind it can be a bit noisy outside in the evenings, but that’s to be expected pretty much anywhere in the neighborhood and for me it was easy to adjust to.

Estuve 2 meses ocupando la habitación con balcón a la calle, es muy confortable y con una linda decoración. La cama muy cómoda. Todo el departamento impecable,limpieza,orden y servicios.Muy bien equipado!. Era la primera vez que estaba en un alojamiento compartido y la experiencia fue muy positiva;debo aclarar que además tiene dos baños,lo cual me parece muy importante. Gracias Rosa,Caty y Xavi por haberme hecho sentir maravillosamente! Volveré.

정말 너무너무 좋았어요. 친절한 호스트와 좋은 숙소 덕에 편하게 5박 머물렀습니다! Gracias Rosa!! 1. 그라시아거리에 있어서 위치가 훌륭합니다. 2. 지하철역 (fontana역) 도보 6분 거리입니다. 3. 바르셀로나에 오후 1시쯤 도착했는데 케이티 덕에 일찍 체크인할 수 있었어요. 4. 숙소가 사진보다 훨씬 더 좋았어요!! 너무 예쁘고 아늑한 방 :) 5. 침대도 편안하고, 수압도 세서 좋았습니다. 계단으로 3층에 위치했기 때문에 짐이 많다면 체크인할때 조금 힘들 순 있어요. 그래도 저는 바르셀로나에 또 가면 여기 머물고 싶습니다🙂
