Mountain Exposure was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout and stay and before we even got there. For example: they picked up our ski lift tickets prior to our arrival and delivered them to the condo. They arranged for a car to take us to the train station in Lausanne at the crack of dawn and then sent someone over to help us clear out of the condo and connect with the driver. It was like having a concierge.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. Bronagh and team made our family of 6 feel very welcome from start to finish. We had plenty of room and enjoyed our view of the Matterhorn. They even provided us with some basic groceries so that we didnt have to rush to the store upon arrival (Denner grocer is closest but it is worth the extra steps to go to Coop). We were close to Sunnega and Gornergrott for skiing (we rented skis from establishment across street from Sunnega and took advantage of 10 pct discount). We walked everywhere. Ecaterina assisted us with dining reservations and we enjoyed all of our meals. We would definitely recommend and stay here again! Maybe bring friends and book the adjoining Zeus apartment!

If you are looking for the most amazing place to stay in Zermatt, look no further: You found it! If it is still available, book it now. Here's a detaile review: The chalet is first class: Everything is new, modern and super luxury. From the living room, you have an amazing view on the Matterhorn. The pictures you see in the listin are real! You have THIS view from sunrise to sunset. The whole penthouse is very spacious, and it's equipped with everything you will need for your stay: Bathroom essentials, washer (incl. detergent), dryer, more plates, pots, glasses and silverware you can ever use, dishwasher, etc. The whole apartment is super clean. Everything you see in the pictures of the listing is 100% accurate and correct: It IS really that fabulous. The nearest supermarket is a 5 min walk away, and the city center is only 10 walking minutes away. Super easy to get around. The communication with Bronagh is excellent and easy: You can use AirBnB, text or other popular communication apps. Oh, and talking about "red carpet treatment": When we arrived, Bronagh met us at the train station with a pre-arrange taxi to get us to the chalet. Same on the way back: When it was time to check out, a taxi was pre-arranged (and MUCH cheaper) and took us to the train station. As I said: If you're looking for a place to stay in Zermatt and this chalet is available, book it now. We will definitely come back to this amazing place! Thanks again, Bronagh!
