Great location! Can walk to Elbow Beach in 10mn. Bus stop just around the corner. There’s also a ferry stop nearby (Salt Kettle; Hodson’s ferry stop is unfortunately closed). There’s a grocery store that’s not too far away, though the sidewalk sometimes disappears and it can be tough to walk on the street with cars zooming by. Other guests’ reviews of this place are accurate. There are cats and chicken roaming around, breakfast was a nice touch and the hosts may join you at times, the room we stayed in had a lock on the door. The front/backyard are beautiful.

We had a very relaxing stay, the house and garden were very comfortable and a nice place to be based for the week. Bus stop, walking trail and beach all within easy reach (though there are some hills!). Our evening flight in was delayed for several hours, but Scott & Sally were up and ready to welcome us. They were very helpful during our stay and it was good to have the benefit of their local knowledge.

This is my second visit and St. Helier was fantastic! I highly recommend if you are looking for a nice B&B in Bermuda!!!

Beautiful historic home with welcoming friendly hosts. Sally and Scott accommodated an early check in, provided lots of local recommendations, prepared a lovely breakfast (including Sally’s homemade jam) every morning and even offered to drive us to spots we were visiting. The house had a lot of old school charm which is exactly what we were looking for and had everything we needed. The location was easy to get the ferry into Hamilton or walk to Elbow Beach however the roads had a lot of traffic and no sidewalks so we ended up taking a lot of taxis. Would recommend renting one of the electric vehicles at least once as an easier way to get around. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back someday!
