John and Danielle were outstanding hosts. Really communicative in the lead up. Helped us rent linens and towels from a local company. Very turnkey. The place had a lot of solid amenities. We had a wonderful time. Would absolutely rent again, especially with a big group.

4.5/5 - Space was like in the pictures, and the host was extremely responsive, friendly, and proactive in communication. We found the units to be spacious and comfortable. Walls were super thin and you could hear the people in the unit above/below when there was a group talking. We we satisfied with our stay, but surprised at a few cut corners such as watered-down soap dispensers, cheap one-ply TP, and no tissues. Also, the units have a max occupancy of 16, but there are only 8 beach tags provided. We had to bring our own linens, but that was clearly communicated in the listing and in messages from the host ahead of time. The location was excellent (in a historic district and walking distance to both the bay and the ocean). Parking was extremely convenient (3 spaces at the back of the units as well as on-street parking). Overall, we were satisfied with our stay but unfortunately unable to give a full 5 stars.

Everything was very nice. We had a few issues but John was very quick to help us. The air conditioner on the 3 rd floor could have worked better and we had a little difficulty finding the house due to the siding has been updated and it is now a different color. We loved the porches and the location was great. The house offered more than we expected.

The best house and hosts in Ocean City. Stayed for our wedding house worked out wonderfully. Everything was perfect for our special occasion.
