Check in was very easy and the place easy to find. Internet connection fast enough. Smart TV for entertainment. Plenty of plates and glasses for the whole stay. Furniture and beds very comfortable. Small garden but nice and private with a nice view. Everything worked well, plenty of plug sockets. Lovely coffee and chocolates provided along with milk already in the fridge. There was also a very comprehensive instruction/information book that contained all the info about the house. The town was very easy to walk to and there was a few different restaurants in walking distance. Also walking distance from a bus stop that takes you to a train station that goes to Edinburgh. Which we did for a day trip. Overall the stay was peaceful and comfortable. Would stay again.

This house was perfect for visiting family over Christmas. Very clean and well equipped. Linda made us feel very welcome and even provided a Christmas Tree, which we hadn’t expected.

My family enjoyed our stay at Abbey Mill. Great location to walk in to Melrose. AbbeyMill is a comfortable well appointed space with lovely furnishings. It has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. i would stay here on out next viit to Melrose. Linda is a very easy host to communicate with.
