The property was perfect for our family of four. Conveniently located close to town/shops. We had a wonderful stay and Callum was helpful and responsive from check-in (and before) to check-out.

Really lovely property, stunning views of the hills and countryside. The wood burner was a real treat. The house was immaculate and well kitted out. Callum was always quick to respond and very helpful. The house had everything needed for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This is a wonderful modern cottage within a lovely quaint village in the borders. Lots of local walks nearby, a Roman museum is fun for the whole family, lots of local shops to support and good restaurants and takeaways too. Callum was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We celebrated a big birthday and Callum gifted us a bottle of prosecco! Amazing! The house was modern and clean and had logs for the fire, the two bathrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans (although some of these needed a quick clean before use) and we had to buy a washing up sponge, but otherwise it was fine to cook in. The dishwasher came in handy and had salt and washing tablets for us to use. The bedrooms were clean and spacious and nicely set out. Top bedroom is missing a door! But as our kids chose this room (cos it had a TV!) we didn't mind too much. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and would happily recommend.
