My wife and I loved our weekend stay at Glen's place. The description in the listing is accurate and Glen provided interesting background information. The main living area is a very large open space that is thoughtfully laid out and has some cool antique pieces. The bedroom is in a corner room off the main living area and away from the street making it nice and quiet to get a good night's sleep. We enjoyed having our morning coffee looking out at the Mississippi River through the large picture windows. We come up to this area two or three times a year and will stay here for all of our future visits.

the view of the Mississippi was beautiful. it was a unique large space and very comfortable. Glenn met us there to show us around. later we had a drink with him at The wooden nickel down the street which was walking distance. be aware that the restaurants close early if you want to eat in town. Glen was friendly and helpful and I hope to stay there again.

Unique accomodations and easy access to bars/restaurants etc. Views of the water, sunsets etc were amazing. Glen was so easy to work with.

Glen is a great host. Communication was superb. His place is so neat. Loved it and highly recommend.

The view is great, especially the sunsets. Love watching the trains. Ferryville is a nice small town with a couple of bars that are walking distance from Glenn's place.
