Karen was a great, very responsive host. The property was well equipped with everything you'd need for a comfortable space. A dishwasher would be great addition, and maybe leaving an empty kitchen cupboard for guests' food items. There was a change of linen available (we stayed 2 weeks) which was perfect. The 9am check out was a bit of a push for us with two young children. And we forgot to close the patio door on the way out - really sorry Karen!

Tidy and very well equipped. Great location with ground floor access. Cleaning charge felt disproportionately high. Warm and comfortable.

An extremely comfortable, well equipped accommodation. Very comfortable hotel style beds. Great to have parking space for 2 cars. Plentiful hot water. An easy 5 minute walk to the seafront and about 7 minutes to the town. Plenty of storage in bedrooms and hangers etc in wardrobes. The only piece of kitchen equipment I couldn’t find was an egg slicer. The TV had a good selection of stations, You Tube etc. I have already told Karen, the owner, that the WiFi didn’t reach the back bedroom and she is going to check if the booster needs adjustment. We were 4 adults and twin 2 year olds so we took an extra travel cot and high chair and there was plenty of room for these. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation.

the water pressure need to improve. difficult to take a shower... neighbor and upstair, has music and movie turn on, I sleep early so, we have some noise. and one afternoon neighbour has a dog locked our site at the back and keep baking for a hours.....

Sessions place to stay & the king size bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in.
