Our beautiful bungalow in Kingsgate Bay Broadstairs is in a quiet residential neighborhood, nestled between beautiful sandy blue flag beaches of Botany Bay dog friendly coastal trails, a 32 mile cycle route with the welcoming 18 hole North Foreland Golf Course - all within a 10 minute walk. There’s a local Sainsbury’s and parade of shops just a 12 minute drive away and daily essentials just a 4 minute walk away at Premier. Wake up in the super king of your dreams, bask in the morning sun on the comfortable terrace with a fresh brew in hand or enjoy a moments meditation on the yoga mat provided. Traveling with little kids? There are a host of books and games to entertain them whilst you map out the weeks activities. We've provided sun shades, beach towels, picnic blankets, lightweight bags and flasks for your adventures. With the kitchen at the heart of our home, you'll find a collection of cookbooks and appliances to match, suitable for lite bites or more hearty feasts. Each meal can be enjoyed on a beautiful wooden river table in the lounge or casual alfresco style on the terrace overlooking the lush landscape However you choose to spend your day, the comfortability and convince of Kingsgate Bay Bungalow will always the best part of the stay. With your safety in mind, all appliances are Portable appliance tested.

We had a lovely stay and the home was well equipped with a nice and sizeable garden and comfy living area. It was a short way to many historical and entertainment spots. We also really enjoyed the Botany Bay Hotel for lunch and dinner and were able to take our dogs in with us. Toni was a great hostess and very helpful and responsive.
The thought put into this place is good, bits for children & pets. But extractor fan & main oven doesn’t work as we found on last full day. Found it smelt unpleasant on arrival, kitchen wasn’t clean (dirty air fryer, dirty cutlery, utensils & pots/pans, washing machine & dishwasher not empty). We cleaned it before we cooked that evening & raised it to host’s attention next morning. Host arranged for cleaner to come straight away and she cleaned the kitchen. Result of the cleaning was better. Best to check garden fence before letting your dog out as there is a gap in the fence & under the side gate. Back bedroom blind fell off when blind was put down halfway, 2 dining chairs are missing screws/unstable and a plug socket is burnt/damaged although as host pointed out when we raised the issue there are other socket’s available. Offered early depart. refund but declined due to heavily pregnant with 2 kids&dogs. Offered late check out too. We appreciate prompt action & still enjoyed our stay

Toni is a superhost for a reason! She is really helpful, clear in her instructions and always responsive. We booked her place for a last minute getaway and it was perfect for our small family (with 2 young children). The bungalow is very cute, it was presented very cleanly and tidy and has an immaculately kept and contained garden if you're travelling with dogs. We knew the local area already but it's in a superb location with lots to see and do and a short walk to one of, if not the most, popular beaches in the area. Thanks Toni, our stay was 👌.

Our beautiful bungalow in Kingsgate Bay Broadstairs is in a quiet residential neighborhood, nestled between beautiful sandy blue flag beaches of Botany Bay (recommended by the Marina Conservation Society), dog friendly coastal trails, a 32 mile cycle route with the welcoming 19 hole North Foreland Golf Course, a two other beautiful beach bays - all within a 10 minute walk.
There’s a local Sainsbury’s and parade of shops just a 12 minute drive away. For your daily essentials a Premier Shop is a two minute walk away or for a little more, the local Co-Op is just a with a superb fish n chip shop no further than a 15 minute stroll.
The area of Broadstairs was most recently voted the coolest place to live in Kent. Renowned for its nostalgic feel with a mix of retro and more stylish shops, cafés, and restaurants as well as art galleries and festivals. Botany Bay, Jose Bay and Kingsgate Bay are just some of the glorious beaches that run along the Coastal trail and cycle paths of Viking Bay, Stone Bay, Joss Bay, Botany Bay all within reach. Leading with the most renowned awards winning family friendly Botany Bay, a stylish coastal restaurant and bar overlooking the most picturesque spots on the British coast (350m away). more locally recognized, with equal accolades is The Captain Digby (750m) a superb choice for all the family. Cosy and traditional,, Taddy’s Barn and Tea room is a exactly as the name suggests (400m) - all are wheelchair friendly and little paws are welcome.
Just popping in for a a quiet one? The 19th Hole a friendly local pub ( 250m) offering an excellent selection of beers and cask ales - both within staggering distance.
The choice is endless… for all tastebuds and preference.. just ask.. we’ve tried and tasted them all.
Within a short drive theres more fun for the family at Dreamland an " all- you-can-treat " seaside entertainment sensation, and home to many live bands and festivals throughout the year.
We too like to meander around Quex Park - a great spot to pick up fresh produce from the farmers market, with a superb butchers, bakery and tearoom. And last but not least Northdown park, surrounded by natural woodland and a great kids play area.
You can enjoy the area by foot with all you need within easy walking distance.
Should you wish to commute like a local there are two bus stops within walking distance of the Kingsgate Bay Bungalow.
"The Loop" connects Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate with a continuous cycle available up to every 7 minutes.
