This stay was genuinely the most relaxing, easiest and most idyllic I’ve ever had. Terry and Kelly are lovely and attentive hosts for one of the best locations available on this site. Consider staying here if you like great hosts, a beautiful location and a memorable stay.
Beautiful one bedroom space in a very peaceful location. Very clean, well equipped and lovely hosts. 25min to Cessnock, 35min to Wollombi. Would happily come back! Thank you Terry & Kelly.
Our stay at Terry and Kelly's place was excellent! They were amazing hosts who were very thoughtful, attentive and kind. We were able to meet and pat their cute horses Fabio and Dusty, which was a highlight of the whole trip. The house was amazing and we felt very cozy, peaceful and at home here. The location was particularly amazing too, especially at sunrise. We cooked a lot here and their kitchen which was great. Plus we were able to even use their herb garden, which was very special. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family- it is a perfect escape from the city. Hopefully we will be back one time!
Was an amazing stay, and a great first time using Airbnb
I cannot stress enough how amazing this place is. The pictures don’t do it justice! The airbnb is spotless and has everything you need; a full kitchen, comfy living room and spacious bedroom and bathroom. The scenery is unbelievable with fog rolling over the hills and the symphony of cows mooing! Being about a 25 min drive from Cessnock, this place is perfect for secluded relaxation away from people and surrounded by cows, horses, chickens and geese! You do have to drive about 15 mins down a dirt road, but the scenery is so beautiful that is enjoyable every time! Terry and his wife were the most amazing hosts, providing us with everything we needed like fire wood, eggs and milk. They also made sure to give us all the privacy we needed. There is a large hedge dividing the airbnb from their house so it does still feel very secluded and intimate. Having a car is a must as the wineries are about 35 mins away but we seriously do not have a single bad thing to say! Thank you so much Terry
