Spacious living & sleeping space with the most spectacular views! Private, and you get spoilt by the hosts with their friendly service & interaction during a scrumptious breakfast. Can’t wait to go back!

Eric and Judith are fantastic hosts and are very welcoming. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, the breakfast was lovely and the views out over the Solent are stunning. We hope to be back sometime. Thank you for having us!

Beautiful location on the edge of the estuary. Very well equipped and spacious suite of rooms and a delicious breakfast. The hosts Judith and Eric were simply the best. Having the separate TV room was handy with children, making it feel more like a separate apartment than simply a B&b room..Child friendly with cot and provided also. Highly recommend this hidden jewel a few miles only from the M6 and Gretna Green.
