We stayed at Emma's cottage with two friends during our wedding week and it was absolutely perfect. The cottage is beautiful, surrounded by gorgeous views, and the hosts and neighbours were lovely too. We couldn't have imagined a nicer and more relaxed place to be and can't wait to come back!

Emma could not of been a better host, we went to stay as a base for our wedding at Gretna Green. Emma decorated the place with hearts and treats and really went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed, including bringing over a full length mirror! Great communication and fast responses to any sent messages. The place itself was beautiful, we got some stunning photos by the water and was wonderful to be able to relax in front of the fire at night. Thank you so much for making our stay so lovely. We will be back again in the summer!

We have no words to describe our dear hosts who welcomed us so friendly. Straight from before the booking, the quick response and helpful guidance and than the nice welcome pack with goodies, and the cozy nice clean beautiful house with everything needed. The kitchen, the bedrooms, the living room, and sitting room, everything is amazing. The view out of the window is just fantastic with the big river just in front of you, fresh clean air outside. Than comes the working farm with hundreds of cows who are milked daily and we were nicely greeted by the hosts to view the whole procedure. If you’re looking for a nice peaceful relaxing place, with wonderful helpful hosts, this is the place!

We had a wonderful stay at Old Sandsfield Cottage. Emma and Ian were very friendly hosts going out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. The cottage itself was warm, cosy and set in a tranquil place far away from city life which is the break that everyone really needs. We made many beautiful memories with our little ones in this place, feeling the air against our faces and sleeping deeper than we had in many days. Will definitely go back and stay here again. Thank you once again for proving yourself as a Superhost, Emma!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely small cottage right on the bank of the Solway Coast. It was the perfect peaceful getaway for my young family. The host was incredibly responsive, and our overall experience was excellent. A lovely hamper on arrival was really appreciated. We hope to return soon! ps check socials (FB) for direct bookings.
